Insurance Information
We understand that dental insurance is an important resource for our patients. As a service to our valued patients, we submit to all insurance company plans and file all insurance claims for you electronically. We will do our best to guarantee you receive all of the benefits due to you from your insurance provider, however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are reimbursed properly. Please consult with your insurance in advance of your appointment to determine the extent of your benefits.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your treatment is important to us. When scheduling appointments, we take special care to ensure our patients receive the attention they need each and every time they visit. In an effort to provide all of our patients with access to the highest quality care when they need it, our cancellation policy requires that you give our office 48 hours notice in the event you would like to reschedule.
Emergency Dental
Are you in pain or have a dental emergency? Dr. Smolyar is committed to helping his patients receive dental care when it matters the most. If you are experiencing pain during office hours we will do our best to schedule you the same day or the following morning.
